5 Week course
(4 in person classes and 5 weeks on support)
Ladies Circuit Training is a fun, supportive way to build strength, boost confidence, and feel amazing in your body. Each session combines cardio and strength exercises to improve fitness, tone muscles, increase energy levels, and support overall wellbeing. Designed for all abilities, it’s empowering, motivating, and a great way to challenge yourself, relieve stress, and connect with other like-minded women while working towards a stronger, healthier you.
Sundays 8-9am

A gentle yet empowering class designed to introduce you to the foundations of stretching and movement. This programme focuses on improving flexibility, mobility and strength. Perfect for beginners you will learn how to release tension, move with ease and build confidence on your body. Expect a calm supportive environment that helps you connect with your breath, unlock tight muscles, and leave feeling refreshed balance and stronger from the inside out.
